It is Purchaser's responsibility to meet his or her contractual deadlines contained in any contract(s) to purchase property. 1031tax.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to not submit offers to purchase property where it deems appropriate. Buyers, sellers and other real estate brokers agree to indemnify and hold 1031tax.com harmless from any and all monetary or other damages caused from a delayed, failed or unsatisfactory transaction. This Agreement is made in the State of Colorado and shall be governed by Colorado law. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, representatives, executors, successors and assigns and Purchaser hereby consents to Venue and Jurisdiction of Colorado Courts to resolve any and all disputes arising under this agreement . This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, promises and representations.
